So glad that quest pins are going to be for trade

In the newsletter push says "quest pins may be for trade next week or the one after" Since i cant get 120k for the cat pin, this is very good news. On the other hand, i have no rare pins to trade for since i basically have to start over. Does anyone know if I buy a food pin if that is tradeable at the events?

finally i have been wating for this moment for ever i have a friend named wizardlegand and he has a ton of quest pins i might be able to get for free

laxplaya1346, it is the weekend pins you buy at the Emporium that will "come back", not the quest pins. Re-read Push's comment. He is saying that if you missed say, the popcorn pin, you may have a chance to get it again by trade, probably with a host pin trading event. (The quest pins have been and still are tradeable. Plus they are "available" until the end of the month by doing the quests.)

That is exactly what I thought it said, not the quest pins, but the food pins.
