Okay!!

Universal vacations is not correct on their "Featured Deals vacations" packages!!

I tried to book the 3 night package on the Universal vacations website under "featured deals" and the one I was looking at was the $189 per person At royal pacific where it says the bonus pass is included and when I try to book the package, it does not include the pass. I actually have to click the dot on the pass to purchase it so it is not included in the price like it states. So I checked other featured deals that also include the pass and seaword but not a universal resort and they also do not include it even though it says it is included. You have to actually purchase it.

That is very wrong when it says that it is included.

I'm not sure what the ad says...

But if they publish it, they have to honor it...

I would call back and get some managerial attention in on this one..,.

Make sure that the ones you have to click on are not for extra passes you want to purchase BEYOND what is included in your package. I did the Univ. Vac. thing online 2 years ago and almost ended up purchasing extra passes by clicking the blank circles....I thought that's what you had to do. Turns out the advertised tickets HAD already been included....in fact, ours were the flex passes--and being new to it, I didn't realize a couple of things. Main thing was that if you go to Discovery Cove (which we did) you get 7 days admission to Sea World (also part of flex passes) I also had trouble trying to convince the online system that we didn't want/need a rental car(wouldn't let me proceed until I ck'd a choice. Definitely call and talk to someone at Univ. Vac. ...and make them be specific w/details. Personally? I think I did much better last year putting together our vacation myself. Like I said though, being new to booking, it seemed easier just to let someone else send me an packet w/all the stuff ready to go.......by the way? half of the stuff we never used.

I would print out the offer and get on the phone with someone at their ressie office. Hopefully someone who has a clue ;)
