So Frustrated with CRO! UPDATE PAGE 2!

Heard back from WL today and they are going to credit our AKL ressie with the original deposit $. Yeah! I am so glad this is resolved! :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Glad it worked out for you. So what this means, in effect, is that there is not a single room available at the WL for the 2 nights you want. As far as I know, that Tuesday and Wed are not any special dates, so business is obviously picking way up. I wish they would increase the park hours accordingly.
 

I made reservations for my BF and I to stay at the Beach Club through DU. When the CRO confirmation came, not only were the dates one day off in both directions, but we apparently had a child under the age of three and would be needing a crib ?!?!? That was news to us. I picked up the phone and called CRO to straighten things out, and the lady at CRO argued with me. "You don't have a child? Why did you tell us you were bringing one?" Uh ... hello ?!?!?!?! Then she wouldn't let me change it, I had to let my travel agent do it for me. That was fine, but I'll never forget the lady at CRO who insisted I had a child.
