So frustrated!! Cannot make payments online!

I have read almost every thread on here, and talked to a CM but I have no way to make online payments on the website. After hovering over MDE and clicking on reservations and tickets I do get to see my resort reservation info and such, but clicking view details does not give me a link to pay. There is also no such info at the bottom under all of my other info! UGH!! help?

It's a glitch in their system and it happens from time to time. Try logging out and logging back in. If that doesn't help, clear your browser's history and cookies then log back in. If that still doesn't help, wait a day or 2 and try again.

Do you have a room only reservation? I have only seen the pay online feature with packages never with room only.

When I had a room only reservation months ago I could not make payment online. I had to call each and every time.

This time I have a package and am able to make payments.

As a previous poster asked -- do you perhaps have a room only reservation? If you do you may not be able to make payments online.

I had the same problem last summer. I "chatted" with a CM and they sent me a link to their old site to make payments. I worked when it felt like it. I eventually paid it off because it was so frustrating. My BIL had no problems with it. I thought it would have improved in the last year or so.

I had this happen to me, but it was because I am using a travel agent.

I have a package, and I booked it myself by phone. Everything is linked on MDE, there is simply nowhere to make a payment.

I have a package, I tried last month to make a payment on our package and was not able to either. I too got on the boards and tried everything and couldn't. I personally started feeling like if I did come upon it a few days later I no longer trusted it. Yes I am sure it is safe but like I said it was me. So I called and she said they are having problems with it. Now it is time for me to make another payment and I think I will just call.
