So! Finally the answer to what "Are you 23?" means

I was just reading my Disney Files Magazine. and it said to expect an announcement regarding "Are you 23" on March 10th and of course check out
www.Disney.com/23.

It's a reference to 1923, the year that the Disney Brothers Studio (later renamed the Walt Disney Company) was founded. :)

I was just going to post this. It is also the year Walt created a short entitled Alice's Wonderland.

These may be the reason for "23"...... perhaps....:confused3

Yes, I use Firefox. And I couldn't get it to click on Submit. However, when I went to click on the Help button, it then said my email address had been successfully submitted.

Firefox doesn't work for scheduling golf tee times at all, I found out.

I just hate IE, and almost everything about it.

Try the IE Tab add-on for Firefox. It allows you to emulate Internet Explorer within Firefox. IE Tab also allows you to open a link in the actual IE application, separate from FF. It's pretty useful. If you bookmark a site, FF will also remember if you bookmarked it in IE Tab, and will use the IE emulator everytime you use the bookmark.

To stay OT, I signed up too. Interested to see what it's all about.

there's no doubt the 23 refers to the year the company was born. it's a trendy thing to do. A&F and Old Navy have been doing it for years. and that's why DLR's new shop is called Vault 28 (for Mickey/Minnie) and they even called the new WDW shop TrenD

there's now audio of bob iger talking about the 'disney affinity club'

Moving this over to the News & Rumors Board.

Well, whatever it is you can bet that the site will be slammed on the 10th. Hopefully we all get to catch a glimpse of it before the server crashes...

Hopefully they'll include whatever it is they want to say to us in the email they're going to send everyone who signed up.

I think thats how old you have to be (out of college) to stay in the new "adults only" hotel they might be planning. :thumbsup2

Hopefully here on the monorail near EPCOT.

Well after going to the DistantCreations link, this D23 sounds expensive and lame.

Unsubscribe! unsubscribe!

Disney hasn't quite figured out that most of their fans are not collectors. Or they are smarter than I think and realize we will spend our money anyway. :confused3

I would just like them to keep track of how much I spend at Disneyworld and throw me a bone to say thank you once in a while. Like the cruise lines... cruise 5 times, get a coupon book, cruise 10 times, get refillable resort mug, cruise 25 times, get an autographed picture of Mickey.... nothing extravagant.
