So far AKL Concierge is fantastic!

I just got an e-mail from the planning people, outlining all our PS's (AR's?), with the dates and confirmation numbers. I just printed it up and stuck it in my Passporter and I'm ready to roll!

If this is any indication as to how good the concierge folks are, I think we're going to be quite happy at AKL!

I just know you're going to have a great time! Wish I were going concierge in July, but I will be happy to just be back at the lodge!
