I put in a bid for Tae Bo dvd set. I have the VHS tapes but no working vcr. I will be happy to alternate it with my Walk Away the Pounds dvd.

And since my lovely monthly visitor finally showed up today I know I can really concentrate on losing weight.

I hope you "win" it! I've never done Tae Bo but have done some kickboxing classes that have kicked my butt. I actually ended my gym membership because it is so much easier for me just to work out at home. I've found 5 or 6 tapes that I really enjoy so I just alternate them. Not as consistently as I need to...that should probably be a New Year's Resolution. Good luck to you!!

I love Tae Bo, I have a lot of DVDs, but I always end up going back to him. It seems to be the best overall workout.
