The folk there will be able to help with their bargain hunting sites just like us. What about the Families board? Let me know when you post so I can mark the thread. There are bound to be loads of discount outlets. I wonder if any of the Orlando outlet malls have online buying on their sites - you could have it delivered to the hotel - or even collect them. They are great because they sell off discontinued official theme park merchandise at a huge discount. I got DD T shirts for $3 -5 last year - actual WDW braned stuff with the theme parks labels inside. Even the Walmart and Publix have a good range if you picked them up when you arrived. YOu usually stop for a bit of shopping anyway don't you? Sorry, I got distracted by the shoe thread and went off at a tangent earlier .....

we arehaving groceries delivered, i think, not goign shopping, to save time, kwim, but if it $5 or $35 per hat, may sacrifice an hour

I also thought it was expensive but tbh I have never looked at the prices of caps there anyway as I always make sure DD has one packed anyway. I also didn't comment as I wasn't the one buying it. And I don't think the lady's DD needed any extra comments on the matter I do think your DH deserves a full price one if he so wishes though. Anyone who takes care of a cap for 5 trips and hasn't lost it deserves a pricy one!

We paid our holiday off early as I couldn't wait any longer! Its a fantastic feeling when its paid off to know you're defo going. Only 6 weeks and 6 days to go (but prefer the countdown in days now and believe me I'm counting down!) The guys at work are going to get sick and tired of me in the coming weeks as I count it down to them. I REALLY CANNOT WAIT TILL WE GO! I feel like shouting it every day!!
As for packing - won't be long till I start - just need to sort out what the kids need buying to take (as for me I already got everything I need)

I found my one and only hat when rumaging in drawers today. Up it went on top of the wardrobe. DD is wearing my old Seaworld tie dyed one from when I was 16!! Not my suggestion she discovered it and loves it. But I will get her another one in the parks.

Did I ever tell you about when DD's lovely "Girls Rule" Minnie and Daisy hat blew off when on the parking lot tram? I got poor DH to run back for it - it was just slightly run over but still good

Usually the most distressing thing about situations like that is the scene caused by the child - well it would be with my DD anyway, she's so dramatic! I'll bet Dad was the hero of the day!

on the thread i posted on the us boards, they put the US version of the disney store, wow!!! they have some amazing stuff...$18 for an embriodered hat!!
i have done my order and a few weeks before we go ill check out..less than $100 for 5 "matching but different" caps
i brough 3 bandanas with ears last trip, all 3 were lost (one flew off on teh toontown coaster) by the end of the first day!!

I'm going to sneak a peek. Did you order already? I thought you were going to order a few weeks before you leave - or have you just chosen and bookmarked? They may well do end of summer sales before August too

We've also just payed our balance off early(not due until 13th), but I couldn't wait to do it, just to see a zero balance!

We go 8th August and I thought about starting to pack but I'm frightened my husband will have me committed(he's a last minute kind of person).

We too have put the kids in neverland club for our anniversary dinner at victoria and alberts. Great minds eh?
