I kind of know how your feel - we just refinanced our home loan from 30 year, to 15 year - and dropped a few % points on the interest - so definitely a reason to party!

Big congrats to you. We paid off our DVC loan when DH retired last year. It feels so good. On the days when I suffer from add-on-itis I just sit back and remember that being loan-free is a great feeling.
