So, does disney's ressie system mess up every day at 6am?

So this morning I got the infamous "sorry for the paws." Then, eventually got farther but it wouldnt take credit cards. I called and CM credit card transaction system was down and they couldnt make any ressie's either. Eventually at 7:45 I managed to get an ADR to go through. I have 5 more mornings of this. So, does the website mess up every morning? Should I just expect it?
