So did they fix the problem with BLT?

It's all fixed. It won't be moving at all and will remain locked right in it's present location at least until January 31, 2060.

Enjoy! :)

A problem like that, you would think that they should have fixed it early. :)

The contemporary was originally designed in modules that were supposed to come back out of the frame and be placed in different configurations ever so often. Unfortunately there was an engineering mistake and the frame settled and it is impossible to remove the room modules now.

Was I the only one who knew this bit of trivia?

No, I think that is common knowledge, at least among Disney-philes here. But that isn't a problem with BLT, which was not constructed in the same manner, so there was nothing to fix, hence the confusion with your question.

No. I think the original post was too abstract and short for many of us to deduct what the OP was talking about.

I think you guys interpreted the OP correctly but some of you ought to be on a game show if you got this out of the OP.

Psst - it's a myth. Urban Legend might be a better term.

Let me guess..... We also don't know that Walt is frozen and is being stored in the castle! :rolleyes1

BTW, why are us engineers blamed for everything that goes wrong? I am sure some other profession makes mistakes also.
