No. Authentic pins can have silver, gold, or blackish backs. It depends on the pin.

Fake pins can have any color back, and fake pins will also have the Disney copyright on them. The counterfeiters know people look for the Disney stamp, so they stamp the fakes. The point of the fakes is to make them look as authentic as possible.
