so confused about booking in March...

Please help me... I am trying to book for a week in March and since it can get crowded with spring break crowds, I decided to plan early. We are a family of 5, which makes staying in one room a little tricky. Anyway... I tried booking online today, but the system was down. When I called central res. the girl told me the AP rates aren't out for March yet and the best rate program is available only on line and only through Feb. She said I could book via phone and if a code comes out, cancel and rebook- but then won't I be penalized or something with the new plan? I don't mind waiting to book but I'm afraid I won't have many options for rooms if I wait. Plus, I got the AP for resort discounts- and now I can't get one! UUGGHHH! Any advice from all you experts?

My question to you is are you still going to go if you get no discount? If the quetion is yes, then book whatever you can afford and then just call and have any code that comes out applied to your reservation. This way you get hopefully your first choice of resort and rooms.

If the answer is no, then you could always wait to see if a code does come out and then book at that point, but your resort and room choices would be limited.

Remember spring break/Easter break are very popular times to go so the longer you wait the less chance there is that your choices you want will be available the longer you wait.
