How terrible - I had an unfortunate occasion with a hotel one year when we turned up at Yosemite to be told the TA had cancelled our room
We ended up paying on our c/c for the last room available and having to reclaim from the TA when we returned - so unfortunately this does happen 
I hope you can get it sorted before you fly out

I rang yesterday afternoon as I had no reply to my email and she said how weird I was just emailing you back ( yea course you were ) she still said the room is defo booked she spoke to tcs and they have no clue who a s. Matos is?! And she said they are still waiting for a rep to go to the HRH to check it out!
