I just have to rant and no one's home so I thought I'd post here!
I know many of you think they are ugly but I love the comfort of crocs! Anyway, I placed an order online at crocs.com last week. A pair for me, my daughter and a pair for each of my little boys. Took a week to get the box. I get it today and open it and........there's one pair of mens canvas venture crocs in there!! That's it!!! Nothing I ordered!! I needed these for a trip this weekend!!
Then , I try to call customer service. I sat on hold for 45 minutes...
...then they hung up on me!!

I called right back and got a recording that I had called after normal business hours please call back between 8 and 5 mon-Fri. This is 11:45 am today!!
I called their main # and was told that customer service is down, they had a transformer blow. I told them my dilemma and got the " theres nothing i can do, try back later"!! Asked if contacting them online might work. They don't know, they may try to set some reps up with laptops.
I know they can't help if a transformer blew. I'm just so darn frustrated!! I think they should mail out what I ordered and pay out of their pocket to overnight it!!
