I just have to rant and no one's home so I thought I'd post here!:confused3

I know many of you think they are ugly but I love the comfort of crocs! Anyway, I placed an order online at crocs.com last week. A pair for me, my daughter and a pair for each of my little boys. Took a week to get the box. I get it today and open it and........there's one pair of mens canvas venture crocs in there!! That's it!!! Nothing I ordered!! I needed these for a trip this weekend!!

Then , I try to call customer service. I sat on hold for 45 minutes...:mad:...then they hung up on me!!:mad::headache::scared1: I called right back and got a recording that I had called after normal business hours please call back between 8 and 5 mon-Fri. This is 11:45 am today!!

I called their main # and was told that customer service is down, they had a transformer blow. I told them my dilemma and got the " theres nothing i can do, try back later"!! Asked if contacting them online might work. They don't know, they may try to set some reps up with laptops.

I know they can't help if a transformer blew. I'm just so darn frustrated!! I think they should mail out what I ordered and pay out of their pocket to overnight it!!
 
I agree that since it was their error and you need them they should overnight them to you to make sure you have them for when you need them. If they won't do you have a store near you that sells Crocs?
 
When you do get someone, go straight to the supervisor, tell them the situation (along with todays frustrations) and insist they overnight it to you!

I'd have to drive 45 minutes to get to a store that sells crocs and last time I was there they didn't have kids sizes at all. And the ones for my daughter and I are Florida State Crocs. I haven't seen them anywhere. I know that FSU hasn't been so great these last few years but, we are loyal fans and are actually going to tour the campus this weekend.
 

I looked closer at my box and I think I figured out what probably happened. There is what I assume is a pick slip on the side of my box that has a mans name and address and his order...which is for the shoes that are in the box. I think they pulled the orders then slapped the shipping labels and packing lists onto the wrong boxes. Bet there's a man in Texas wondering why he got a box of ladies FSU crocs and kids Mickey crocs!!!:lmao:
 
I think Crocs are the ugliest shoes ever made.

Yes, they are hideous and yes they are comfortable. I LOVE when I can wear them to work, like tomorrow!

I would keep calling and calling and note down when you call. You will get a supervisor and let them know what you've gone through and very nicely ask to have the shoes overnighted at their expense. Offer to send back the shoes you got by mistake, at their expense, too.
 
I hate crocs.com. Sale or no sale we always order from some other website. I have had nothing but problems with them.

I have no advice but if you get through to someone I would insist that they overnight them to you. Good luck with this. :hug:
 
I just got through on the phone but was told that their system is down and will be down until tomorrow. I asked if they would overnight my order and was told that I'd have to explain my situation to who ever I talk to tomorrow. UGH!!!
