This is my first college snowfall where it has sticked. We had a dusting before thanksgiving but this is full fledged snow WHOO!

I just love snow!!! Unfortuneately I do not get to see if that much living in Italy. Thanks for sharing your pictures.

Norah, do you want me to send you the 18" that we are going to get in the next 36 hours? You can have it all.

It is funny ho some folks up north complain about snow when we in the south rarely get any. We love it. I wish we got a yearly dose of it. I think your pictures are beautiful.

The only thing about snow that is beautiful is the FIRST. It usually goes away quickly. It is very slushy.

<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/8/8_2_78.gif' border=0></a> Also, Christmas is not Christmas without it (for me).

Of course, when I lived in Florida, Christmas wasn't Christmas unless I was lying by the <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/18/18_4_100.gif' border=0></a> writing my Christmas cards.

I guess you get used to the environment you are living in, regardless, and make the most out of the <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/13/13_5_20.gif' border=0></a> season!

It felt cold enough to snow here yesterday. With the rain, I thought our mountain might get a dustng - but not yet. We can travel 3 hours to the Sierras for it though.

So - is Indiana snow different from what you're used to Norah?

Can you share some w/ me also?!?! I miss the snow!!

You call that snow :p Man, we got a HUGE dumping, I really do love the snow and I just can't stand the cold. Though it does have to be warm enough for it to snow so the weather is actually nice when the city is being coated with nature's icing sugar.

That it is...it gets sooo quiet around campus when it snows. It was beautiful.
Plus there is greater chance of getting snow here
