That's awesome!!! I wish DH and I could go for F&W in the fall - I think it would kill the girls!

Paige just asked me yesterday when Natalie's birthday was and how old she was. I couldn't remember the date - I knew they were about the same age. What is the date?

Nat's b-day is August 29th! She is planning on a pirate party this year and then next year - DISNEY WORLD!!!!! She already has her whole day planned out! AM emh @ AK with lunch at Pizzafari then dinner @ Chef Mickey's and over to watch wishes and Spectro at MK!!! I guess we will be needing PH's!!

Oh Kim!!! How exciting! And you should beat the crowds for sure!! Just remember that Labor Day will be a 3 day weekend..that'll draw a crowd, other than that you should be good!!!

You can bet I will be watching the crowd calendar like a hawk for this year and checking out all the TRs that come out for that time this year!! We are planning on staying at the Poly!!!

I am really excited because it looks like I will actually be able to book it maybe even tomorrow!!! I saw a rumour? over on the resorts board that package prices for 2011 will be coming out tomorrow!!

When do your kids start school in the fall? Ours go back the day after Labor Day. I think in Florida and some other states it is mid August, so crowds should lighten up (but for the holiday weekend). And the POLY!!! HOW COOL!!!

I have a friend who's waiting to hear about packages for February. She's trying to decide between a couple weeks depending on peak/value season etc. I hope it's soon!

Snowbirdies! I feel like I've been gone for ages and have so much to catch up on. We're just back from a week-long trip to Ireland. Had a great trip, although it was chilly and rained every single day! I guess that's why it's so green there!

Wendy and snykymom, welcome back! Red, I loved your Hawaii pictures! DS12 recently asked me if, when we move back to the States, we can go back to Hawaii. Um, maybe, but it's not really right there! Sarah, any pictures from your cruise? Our family is making lists of the top five things we each want to do while we're here in Europe, and I put Baltic/Scandanavia at the top of my list! I keep scanning the cruise websites for maybe next summer. Although we're also talking about Fall 2011 for a eastern Med/Egypt cruise, and I don't know that we'd do two that close together.

I have some distantly Disney-related news! DS12 is participating in a five-week theatre camp this summer, which culminates next week with four performances of Disney's Aladdin Jr. (same story line and songs, just an abbreviated version of the movie). DS got the part of Aladdin! We're very proud of him and can't wait to see the show. My sister and her family are also coming to visit, arriving next Wednesday evening and leaving Sunday morning (their trip was planned long before the theatre camp). So they will get to see the play also...but unfortunately, DS will be totally occupied the whole time they are here. But we are all looking forward to seeing them.

It's a rainy Friday morning here... today I take my baby boy for his Senior pictures. Can't believe it. Yesterday when I was waking him up he did the same little stretch as when he was a baby... arms over his head.. his tushy up in the air.... almost made me want to cry. Can't believe they are so grown up.

Other than that... I have decided that I will suffer and go with my Mom to Disney at the end of December.. yes I know its a sacrifice... but she is my mother... I have sent some requests to some DVC owners trying to get points... I priced it out and points will be about the same price as a value resort... and we will not need to get the dining plan or tickets....now which DVC resort to stay in??

Have any of you been there for New Years Eve? I have always stayed away from WDW at Christmas because of the crowds. Just wondering what its like...can it be worse than spring break?

Hello everyone! Just got back from Maryland last night. I can't believe how hot it was! I was hotter in Annapolis than I've ever been in Orlando in the middle of the summer.
