Thanks everyone! We're both doing really well...I'm starting to feel like myself again and my non maternity jeans almost fit! Cole has a doctor's appt today...they just saw him last week, so I'm not sure why we have to go again this week. Anyways...after his appt, we're going shopping with my sister. I can't wait to get out of the house!

Kim-Many prayers to that family...poor little guy.

So yesterday and Tuesday DH was working the Taylor Swift concerts in St. Paul. My DDs love her and wanted to go. I said no way, too expensive, can't get tickets etc.

Yesterday at about 4 p.m. DH is at the arena and calls me. Do I want to bring the girls? He can still get tickets. MAN, I hate when I have to decide stuff like this. It's still expensive, but it would be a good concert (he raved about the one the night before), and it's clean music etc. So I caved, even though we have a gov't shutdown looming that could potentially put me out of work in two weeks!

I took them - we had seats off to the side of the stage, and it was great fun! She's very theatrical, changed costumes about 8 times, had dancers and sets etc. The girls LOVED it!!! I spent half the time just watching them. At one point Paige says to me "the whole audience is singing along!" I thought, DUH! But she'd never been to a concert, so she had no idea what to expect! It was so cute!!!

We are now in the running for Parents of the Year! I'm hoping to milk this for a while to get them to behave and do chores.

I just bought tickets for DH and the boys to see Bon Jovi next month. Yep, again--they saw him last summer in London, but this year he is coming to Belgium. The boys know about the tickets, but DH doesn't. Not sure if we'll give DH the tickets for Father's Day or his birthday, which is a few weeks later. I wouldn't mind going but have to make a plan for DD. But it's general admission, so I could get another ticket later and we could all be together.

I just bought tickets for DH and the boys to see Bon Jovi next month. Yep, again--they saw him last summer in London, but this year he is coming to Belgium. The boys know about the tickets, but DH doesn't. Not sure if we'll give DH the tickets for Father's Day or his birthday, which is a few weeks later. I wouldn't mind going but have to make a plan for DD. But it's general admission, so I could get another ticket later and we could all be together.

I remember that from last summer! Oh, I would NEEEEEED to go to that concert!!! I've seen them about 4 or 5 times - they are a fun show! I've been a fan since they started 25 years ago or more (yeah, since I was 5! )

Here's our dress, only in teal. Excited to be wearing a dress that will actually look nice with my red hair!

Bride will be wearing Alfred Angelo - Cinderella. So we thought this would be appropriate since it looks like a fairy dress. It "twirls" good too!

So three months ago today is the date of my original injury (which I shrugged off, only to have my leg say POP five days later). If my recovery is 3-6 months, why am I not completely healed yet?!

Thanks for all the prayers for my daycare family's baby. He is doing so well that they are sending him home today. A nurse will visit for the next 5 days to check on him but it looks like he is out of the woods!

Andrew finished first grade yesterday. I can't believe my baby will be in 2nd grade next year. He got straight A's and is so excited to be on summer break!

I finally finished my kids ages 3 and 6 scrapbook albums and ordered them yesterday!!!

We had 15 tons of big rocks delivered this morning so I see lots of yard work in my near future. As long as we don't end up in the urgent care place like last weekend I'm happy.

Sheree- What an awesome Mom takign the girls to Taylor Swift! Em is only 4 and loves her. Everytime one of her songs comes on she asks to turn it up. Hope everything works out for your job and the shutdown doesn't happen. We went through that a couple months back with DH's job. Stinking govt always messing things up. Thankfully it didn't happen for his work. It was a huge sigh of relief.

Shelly(Red)- Love the dress! Love it even more since it twirls nicely. Everyone knows the test for a good dress is to see if it twirls nicely.

What a crazy start to our trip. It was exhausting to say the least. Chase is really off schedule and will need to adjust quickly. DH and Rylan went to a baseball game tonight. They are running on fumes, so hopefully they'll be back to the hotel soon.

After checking in to the Hilton, Chase and I walked over to DTD. It is definitely hot here LOL. He fell asleep in the stroller while I just soaked it all in. I got some sandwiches from Earl of Sandwiches to take back to the room. I ate mine while Chase snoozed. He was still out cold, so I napped too. He slepted until 8:30!! Just now he enjoyed a dinner of crackers, pop tart, mini cookies, a bite of cheese and some whole wheat bread LOL. He refused to eat his pizza sandwich. I don't blame him. It was totally cold.

Now it's nearly 10 and I'm hoping he is tired again soon.

Up early tomorrow to check in at the Poly and the. Off to the Magic Kingdom. Hoop Dee Doo for dinner

Kim - I love the books. You've almost inspired me to start digitally scrapbooking for Gideon. Though I did make a book last year, and since it's just him I guess I'm off to a good start!

I made a new Disney obsessed friend today! I totally didn't expect it from her, but she said she wanted to go to Tokyo for Disney, and I was like "say what?" She's totally jealous of my 10 day Disneymoon.

Kim - I've got to check out your scrapbooks! You're so on top of them and I am so jealous! I'm about 4 years behind in my DDs' books! I don't do digital though, just the old fashioned paper.
