Snow White's Not So Scary Adventure-Updated 11/11--Photopass part 2

I'm so glad you had fun, even with the rain. We got lucky with Hanna when we were there! But I think Disney is one of those places where you can actually have fun in the rain if you let yourself! :goodvibes

Looking forward to the rest of "The Best Day Ever"!

We had a great time and really learned to love the rain...it kept the temperatures and crowds low...I actually wished that I had brought jeans with me since it was so chilly :thumbsup2

When I last left you Dad and I had just returned to pick up Mom from Pop…we were all heading to MK!

As we walked to the bus stop it was pouring buckets of rain…but we all had on our brand new matching WDW rain jackets…so we were warm and dry!

Here is Dad modeling his new jacket (he was excited to be going to MK)

We didn’t have to wait long for a bus and before we knew it we were at MK…we got there around 5pm.

Lots of people were leaving the park but not too many were going in...the rain was keeping everyone away!

As we walked down Main Street we were serenaded by these lovely singers

We decided to head over to Space Mountain since we hadn’t ridden it yet this trip. The wait was about 30 minutes so we decided to use our instant FP’s and get regular FP’s for later!

We walked right on to SM and I got to ride in the front which was awesome!

When we got off we noticed Buzz standing all by himself so we decided to go say hello

Next we went over to the Buzz Lightyear ride and rode it 2 times in a row since no one was there!

Dad was proud of his score

When we walked out of Buzz this is what we saw…

We were amazed at how empty it was…at this point it was raining very lightly and since we had our jackets on we barely noticed it!

It was now time to use our second set of SM FP’s!

On the way out I took some pictures

After, we decided to head over to Toontown to meet some characters. We chose the Princess room since the wait was only 5 minutes!

While we waited the Fairy Godmother came by for pictures!

Before we knew it we were with the Princesses

First was Aurora

Then Cinderella
And finally Belle

After our meeting with the Princesses we were staring to get hungry…it was around 7pm by now and we hadn’t eaten since our amazing lunch at the Coral Reef.

Mom was in the mood for pizza so we decided to go to Pinocchio’s…but first we went on the teacups since there was no wait

This is Dad’s spinning face

We finally made our way to dinner

Mom and I shared a pizza and Dad had his own

Some pictures from inside…

As we were leaving Pinocchio’s…we noticed some cast members standing around Ariel’s Grotto. When we walked over we saw Ariel all by herself so I decided to go get my picture with her!

When we finished with Ariel we noticed that it had stopped raining and the sun came out…about 2 minutes later there was a downpour!

We walked over to Peter Pan and were the only ones on the ride!

I figured it would be ok to take pictures since no one else was on…

We then went over to the Haunted Mansion and were the only ones in the elevator…it was very creepy!

When we walked out this is what we saw

No one was in the park! Cast members kept coming around and telling us to go on rides and that the park wasn’t closing for another hour…it was great!

We decided to go on the Jungle Cruise and were the only ones in our boat!

Then we walked onto POTC

Mom needed to stop at the bathroom so I took another picture of the crowd level while Dad and I waited

By this time is was around 9:30 and we were getting tired. We decided to head back to Pop…we were exhausted from our busy day!

Coming up next…our final park day

I love the fact that you took many of the usual pictures we all take and then took those extra ones that tell the full story of the weather and the kind of day it was at the park. The princess pictures are my favorites.

Boy does that pizza look delicious!

We had a similar day, the day after yours at MK, but it definitely wasn't as empty as it was the day you were there.

Oh no!:sad1: I can't believe that you're up to posting your last day. This has been so much fun for me. Of course, I'll be looking forward to reading it.

Snow, once again an excellent review. Your Dad's spinning face is :thumbsup2 :rotfl2:

When you plan my next trip, can you get me a private park day as well. Great pictures of Peter Pan ;)

Thanks Sarah

We actually went to the MK again the next day and the crowds were a little heavier!

Don't worry...tomorrow is our last park day...we still have our travel day left :thumbsup2

I told Dad to smile and that is what I got  He is really into "action shots"

I will try my hardest...you just need to make sure you go while there is a Tropical Storm or Hurricane :thumbsup2

Great pictures of Peter Pan ;)

Thank you

I've been reading all along but haven't had the chance to post. That rainy day seems like so much fun! Even if it rains a lot, the rides are indoors anyway and everything around you is wet ... might as well enjoy it! So cool that you were able to get on the rides by yourselves!

And I still think those pics of your dad are great!!! They just make me :goodvibes

The rain was wonderful...and you are right most of the rides are inside so it doesn't matter if it is raining :thumbsup2

I'm glad you are enjoying the pictures of Dad...I still have lots more to post :thumbsup2

Snow you seem to have the best luck. Take me with you next time.

That is so awesome no one was there!! What a great trip you have had so far!

Wow! No waits for any of the rides, Peter Pan is usually a horrendous wait.
I noticed that you and Dad match in your coats, did you get a pic of the three of you? I know Mom wasn't into matching, but it just worked out that way (if her coat was the same as yours and dad's!)

Great photos!

Oooohhh, I just love how y'all were the only ones in the HM stretching room! It gives me chills just thinking of that! ;)

I'll be waiting to hear about your last park day with a wee bit of sadness :( I hate that your trip is almost over :(

We all had matching coats and got lots of compliments...I pointed out to Mom how everyone liked that we matched...she looked at me like this -->

It was such a cool experience being all alone :goodvibes

I still have the last day to write about plus travel day...that means at least 5 more updates :thumbsup2

Wow I'd take some downpours if it kept the parks that empty!! Good for you guys to put on the raingear and make the most of the day.

Priceless pics of your dad, as usual. Gotta love a grown man who will brave the teacups!! :rotfl:
