Tim, great job...keeping Marv's thread going and posting pics of two sweeties in the process. ;)

I don't get baseball at all...

Wait until you have a little boy playing baseball and you are the team mom - it will all make sense! :goodvibes After 13 years with almost 6 months of baseball, it is now my favorite sport. What could be better than sitting out in the sun, and eating hot dogs and popcorn and singing Take me out to the Ballgame? Can you tell I like baseball? :rotfl2:

I see I am not way behind, but we saw Tim spanking his behind, and the shower cap twins:thumbsup2

I couldn't agree more, Dan. :)

ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:
:goodvibes

I like this one much better:

now that is a picture.

See, that's what I'm saying!! Family friendly, hot dogs, cheap prices, it's the All-American thing to do!
we have a place by my parents house that does old time, 1858 baseball when gentlmen played the game.

here is alink to the team page.

it is a ton of fun, they interact with the crowd, no bleachers, you bring your own law chairs or blankets, bring food if you want, or they have a hot dog cart...players actually can come into the seating area to catch balls, they are safe about it of course, and just a good time, the ump charges them a fine of .25 cents for anything not gentlman like during the game such as argue calls and the like.

Will the Village People be there??
glenn will be happy to jump on stage and do his village people impression.

I used to live right next to a park where they had a bunch of baseball diamonds. I also remember learning that song in choir class!

We look sooooo much alike !!! :lmao:

Yep! It's just like Clark Kent and Superman.....good thing you have on the glasses Rosie or we wouldn't be able to tell the two of you apart!!! :sad2:

I know the ressemblance is UNCANNY!!!!:lmao::lmao:

That sounds like fabulous fun!!!!

(I was talking about the games, Glenn; leave it alone.)

Just checking in to see if anyone is posting around here! I can't believe how long it is taking this clown to post any updates!!! :sad2:

Hey wait, that would be ME wouldn't it......... :rolleyes1

Okay, here's the temporary bad news. The flash drive I use for my updates, and keeping up with my contest standings is sick right now. Had it in my computer at work and the IT people showed up at my desk and told me I was using a flash drive that had a trojan virus on it. Their anti virus software caught it before my computer could pass it to the network, but right now I have to get it scanned and any virus files quarantined before I use it again.

So, the work I had done so far on the next update is on hold (like some of you would know the difference), but hopefully not for long. In the meantime, I think I might go ahead and post the answers to quiz number 4. There were some really good answers submitted, and if I remember correctly every one of the questions was answered correctly by at least one person, except for one or two.

This sounds curiously like Bilbo's speech at his Eleventy First Birthday Party. :lmao:

:lmao:Totally! "I don't know half of you as well as I should like and I like less than half of you as well as you deserve."

Maybe we should now resort to movie quotes till Marv gets an update going.

Ok, this is one of the most complicated excuses I ever heard someone make up.... ;)

Just kidding, Marv, I am sorry that a nasty virus infected your flash drive! I hope it will get better soon. :goodvibes

I hope I got it all fixed last night. My anti virus software "expired" one month after I paid to have it updated for a year, due to a misunderstanding on my part. I was online with their user support last night and got the issue resolved and got it working again. I ran a scan last night of my whole home computer (699K+ files) and it found one virus and fixed it. It didn't tell me which drive the virus was on, but I know the name so I need to talk to our IT people today and see if it is the same one they saw and quarantined. If so, I should be back in business.

Well, since we are STILL waiting for Marv (he probably sneezed on his computer to give it a virus), here's a couple more favorite pictures to keep this thread at least near the top:
