That's funny - sounds like an ominous statement from a teacher after grading papers!

I am naughty!! But I finally figured out what's been going on lately. My silly gall bladder is what's been acting up, and I swear (NO LIE) I almost ended up in ER last night. Remember that fever, back pain, etc.... yeah, rotten gall bladder. I will call tom. for appt. This is not the first time it's been a pita. so, I've had my computer on looking up all I can about this good-for-nothing organ.

Yeah, I don't know WHY I didn't mention the Liesa greeting when I was discussing that "Naughty" ornament in my last updates!!!

Hope the doctor gives you some good news about dealing with your gall bladder and they get it all cleared up for you! Thoughts and prayers are with you!!!

And don't go too far trying to self-diagnose; you remember where that got Rosie recently with her "slime bag" incident!

What is the weather like, i think of Fl as warm in dec since i like in Ohio. this will be our 1st trip not in warm weather our other where in sept 2006 and 2009,( that's where i meet Rosie)

Please tell more about the Storytellers in epcot. I think my Gs would like seeing the different Santas

Are there place to get a picture with Santa at WDW?

Have you done Mickey's Holiday Party? would like to do this not sure if it fits in the budget.

Ok, this made me feel like I should hide under a table and never reappear ever... I had to go back 7 pages to read your update and you are sorry for lack of posts!!

I really enjoyed your update very much even though you did things differently than I predicted!!

The breakfast question was mean! This was one of the things I did not have to research, but truly remembered from your PTR how wonderful your free hotel was that even included free breakfast!

But then I very much approve of AKL management to give you a room at the Rafiki elevator! Well done! And now I know that this truly is a desireable location!

I think you were similarly disappointed as me that you did have so little time between arriving at Epcot and your very early dinner that you did only get to see so few storytellers... But it looks like you truly enjoyed the ones you saw! The Julenissen sounds like fun! They have julenissen in Denmark as well, there there actually are quite a lot of them, they help Santa.

I loved everything about what you told us about your experience in Germany - how nice of you to refer to our long German Christmas discussion. I hope Helga did not contradict anything I told you too much! But then traditions vary from family to family. But I saw on the scroll they had the story of the Tannenbaum (I am not so sure about that Martin Luther reference...) and how kids would see it on Christmas Eve when the bell is rining. We actually have a family Christmas bell, in the picture of my Christmas tree you can see it hanging on the pillar to the right of the tree (my parents brought it with them for Christmas Eve and it has now been returned, it is one of the family heirlooms that Katharina and I can fight about one day):

Oh, and on the Glockenspiel: Since this area is als involved in Kim Possible Missions, maybe this might cause it not to appear sometimes on the full hour? Or it isn't on every full hour. I know that the Glockenspiel at the Munich City Hall only appears at 11am, 12pm and 5pm.

A difficult one - I am leaning towards saying the Ravioli, but then you placed this last and I am sure that you would hide the odd one out somewhere in between the others, but then you think that we might actually think this, so placing it at the end would make it even more unsuspicious... So I am sticking with my gut feeling (not meaning that my tummy wouldn't love some ravioli right now!) and say: Ravioli!

Oh, this is difficult! I don't ever remember reading anything about your drinking habits... And isn't your eldest son 21 already, so he might have wine as well... I think I will say: 2 - doesn't make much sense, but any other number doesn't either.

Rosa Regale (red sparkling) seems to be a favourite on the DIS and since I can't find the Tutto wine list online I think I will just stick with this.

They must want to ride some rides by now, won't they?? I can't believe that they only went on missions to save the world so far (it must be your scouting influence on them I suspect!). I think they went over to DHS to get on RnRC and ToT.

I am afraid, no. I think by the time you were done with dinner the line was so long already that you would not have gotten in via the standby line... From all I have heard this line is quite ridiculous...

We were in Florida before around New Years and it was very cold (low teens at night) where they were worried about losing all of the oranges and other produce. This recent trip it was very cold the first night, but gradually warmed up enough over the next few days that I could wear shorts. I spent a lot of time watching the weather so I knew what to expect.

Please tell more about the Storytellers in epcot. I think my Gs would like seeing the different Santas Not sure what else I can tell you about the Storytellers other than what is in my report. If you want to know anything in particular I'll see if I can answer it, or probably some of the other readers might be able to give you more info. Each one of them hung around after they were done and took pictures. Helga in Germany had a large Nutcracker come out and join her near the end of her show and they took pictures with the children afterwards.

Are there place to get a picture with Santa at WDW? I'm guessing there are, but that isn't something we were looking out for. I think most things like that are probably easier to find before Christmas when they have the parade they tape for TV, and when the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party's are going on!

Have you done Mickey's Holiday Party? would like to do this not sure if it fits in the budget. Would love to but I think they are all done before Christmas and we are always there the week after when we go.

Ah, yes, it is a lovely tradition! I think because our Christmas starts in the evening of the 24th we need kind of a transition ritual to tell us to go from normal mode to festive mode!

Oh, Liesa! So sorry - that is terrible! Remember low fat and no raw veggies will help, but if it gets too inflamed, you will want it out before it ruptures and poisions your body! Prayers and coming your way.

My three main priorities for this trip were 1) that it be much more relaxed and flexible than our typical trip, 2) that we take in as much of the Christmas shows, decorations and atmosphere as possible, and 3) that we take FULL advantage of the DDP both in getting our $$$’s worth AND taking the opportunity to try some new things instead of the standard choices. The boys understood that they could choose whatever sounded good to them, or they wanted to try for the first time, and they didn’t have to base their decision on helping to keep the cost reasonable since it was prepaid, which is a new concept in our dining habits when we are at Disney. The exception I knew would be Andrew, who seldom eats, or at least finishes, larger meals especially if he knows dessert is waiting……

Yeah, I think they did finish, but only because they sort of rushed through it, and maybe skipped a bit here and there. And yes, I think they made it; the possibility of missing this dinner was too scary for them!

Please tell more about "KIm Possible". Do you think my 5 year old grandson could do this.Oh, that's a tough one. Maybe some others with younger kids can chime in for you since mine are much older. I think he could probably do okay since the communicator talks to you, but he might need a little guidance from someone older at times to make suggestions. I saw some younger kids doing them with a little help from parents. I still think he would enjoy it for sure!

We would like to vist some of WDW resorts to see the holiday Dec. what are your favorites. You have a little while before your trip so keep reading the TR. I don't want to spoil any future updates that might be used in my contest questions..... I will definitely cover all the ones we visited as I go along, with pictures of course.
