snow report: how many inches did you get so far?

We got 6 inches on Friday, then sleet and freezing rain which compressed it some. Today, after it got done snowing in the second storm, I measured a total of 11 inches.

Yesterday it Snowed pretty hard for about 5 hours straight and none of it stuck. It melted as soon as it hit the ground so we have 0 inches:sunny:

We got about 12-14 inches here.....before it slowed to flurries and the wind picked up..we have some drifts that are about 2 1/2 or 3 feet between the houses. The wind just blows right through

Zero. But I did see some snow on the mountain last night. It was so pretty.:) We didn't get any in the valley though.:(

We have at least 12 inches here but it is harder to measure with the drifts. It is still snowing here.
I had to go to work tonight (nurse) for the 4 to midnight shift. The night nurse just called out so I will be here till 8 am. Luckily I get good hazard pay. Worked 56 hours this week and will get 24 hours of hazard pay for a total of 80 hours pay. I"M going to WDW for 2 weeks in 20 days so it couldn't come at a better time.
The maintance men have the night off and will return at 5 am to start the plowing. So I couldn't leave even if I got my relief tonight. Peggie

I think we have about a foot of snow and it's still coming down.

I just walked my dogs too and we have about 10" so far. It's also supposed to keep snowing until Sunday; maybe into Monday.

I just went out and measured (11:23pm) and I have better than 11"
It sure looks like a lot more than that.

But I'll still take 100 of these storms over one earthquake :D

My area has about 19" so far, according to two TV stations. They are also expecting another 18 hours of snow. Snow totals are estimated at 18-28". I think the Reading area will be on the high side of that estimate.

:earseek:

Natick area snagged 30".... There's just mountains of it out there!!

I'll be glad to ship this out to whoever wants it!! i'll be putting up a Snow Auction on eBay! :)

Its finally stopped and the snow emergency has been lifted. Its about 20 inches and dh flew into JFK from a business trip in Las Vegas Friday night. His flight was late and he got the last shuttle van home. It took the shuttle 6 hours to get him here. Normally it would be 2 1/2, 3 if they had a lot of stops. Think his boss and co workers are stuck in atlanta. Feel so sorry for those whose disney plans have been affected by all this snow.

I'm in the Baltimore area. I believe we had expectations of around or up to ten inches, but I was barely expecting an inch. We ended up getting about five inches. My friends and I had a blast sledding yesterday.

We're so "lucky".. Our particular area got way more than just 10 or 15 miles away from us..

Last I checked it was over two feet - and I'm NOT checking again - even though it's still spitting snow now..

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too early for this nonsense!

According to the update which was just on, the town next to us got 27 inches so Im guessing around that. I think its still coming too, but should be winding down soon. Disney take me away!!!

We have about 26-28 inches! My puppy (choc. lab--6 months old) is having the time of her life in it. My girls have been in and out all day and I finally got them in for the night not too long ago.

The Pat's won and now there is no school tomorrow!! Oldest DD wants to go to the mall!! Which I am sure will be VERY crowded!!

Gotta love the snow!!
