Well for me there are no perks, as I hate the cold and will only go out to shovel off the porch.

John must drive 17 miles one way to work in this mess but we do have 4 wheel drive.

We live in a development and even though they do plow the raods, it takes awhile to get around to us as we are tucked in the back a bit.

Now the kids around here will love it, especiall because of school delays or cancleations. But if they miss to many days they will have to go longer in June, and then they will be complaining.

Do you live in the mountains? Up here we have only had light snow in the mountains and foothills I think...nothing here by the coast thank goodness

Where would you like to move to? ***Looking into the magical ball, and I see the word Florida since you could be closer to Mickey, and Minnie. Am I correct?

Actually we have looked into Florida and North Carolina and if we move it will be North Carolina. Neither of us want to go west.

I couldn't believe it when I saw your photos, I'm here in Maryland and it's cold and windy but no snow thank goodness, I don't care to much for snow either. I heard it's suppose to get warmer here toward the end of the week so hopefully Halloween will be a nice evening for the kids.

Just keep it all over there, Heidi. I don't like it and was hoping to be moved before another winter hit, but it isn't going to happen.
We did get about 5" in the mountians here earlier this week
It is cold here at night, but dry, so hopefully no snow for a while yet.
It is pretty......in someone else's area

We had a delivery today the the driver wanted to know what the heck our area did to get snow and so much of it.
We had another 1" or 2 between last night and this morning.
