I walked out the Door the other night and said "it smells like snow" my husband looked at me like I was nuts. It did snow that night.

I also understand what is meant by sounds like snow. There's a denseness in the air.

Given the "accuracy" of our weather reports, though, I'd be better off if I could smell it!

I am in the Chicago area also, as soon as the local news is on "STORM WATCH" I stop worrying about the weather!

I hope we get the 3" of snow they're predicting here. I'd love to have a real excuse to not go to Calculus tomorrow!

I can smell rain, I can 'feel' when its about to get relaly cold or hot, I can smell snow. I'm also loads more accurate than the weather person.
