Yup, that's SE Florida. But I think there "almost summer" is only about 2 months.Originally posted by txSleepingBeauty
I agree PinWiz....I've lived in texas most of my life and am so tired of sweating 9 months out of the year. Here we only have two seasons- slmost summer and so hot I'm melting summer. Give me snow anyday, all wrapped up in a cozy blanket in front of a fire watching the snow fall....sounds great!! anyone want to switch?
Getting that going would be great!!

Yeah, if we got to stay wrapped up in a cozy blanket all winter I don't think I'd hate it as much as I do, but guess what? Ya still gotta live!! You gotta shovel it, drive in it, try to function in it and it sucks!!Originally posted by txSleepingBeauty

I don't mind it, but it's mid-November. Winter should be three months long, then it should leave immediately and give the other seasons equal time.

I would be willing to house swap for a week as long as you promise me snow, and I can promise you palm trees in the backyard.
I can promise you snow with the added decent possibility of an ice storm, power outage, and more!! Of course, you'd probably have a tough time getting us to leave the palm trees at the end fo the week...
