Our power was out for a little bit.
We have a total of 5.6 inches where I am.

I haven't had a week off because of a snow storm in like 5 years.
It was a bad ice storm, power was off for days (well, not at my house, heh)

I got out of school and hour and a half early. SOOOO happy because we skipped 7th period and I had a test that period and I didn't study for it.

Funny this was that they announced that we were gonna be let out early at like 9:30 in the morning and it wasn't snowing at all then.

it's snowing so much now, all after school activities were cancelled and my mom's work emailed her and said becasue of the weather everyone had to leave early.

Here in the lovely state of New York, it is snowing like a mad person! There's about 2 inches on the ground, but right now it's freezing rain. My brother made me take him outside...that was painful. ("Ow! Ow! Ow!") There was an announcement yesterday that we would get out at 11 am today. It was great. I'm doing nothing at the moment though, which isn't so great. But there is talk of more snow tonight, meaning a snow day tomorrow...we'll see. Probably not. Next week is our last week before a week and a few days break, so I don't have much to complain about. I have that to look forward to, it's no biggie if there's a snow day tomorrow or not

Nor'easter on Sunday/Monday.
It's going to be bad. We've got about 20 inches on the ground, and calling for about another 15... and then it's going to be 43 F, causing everything to MELT.
It'll be fun.

We we had ice but now we have a natural disaster. FEMA is here and everything. There is like no electricity! We haven't had school all week and may not have it next week either!
