snow cones in japan in epcot?

last time i went to WDW was in 1998 and i remember a stall in japan selling the most tasty snowcones. do they still sell these?!?!?!?

They were selling them last Saturday (1/15/05) when we were there but it was cold so we didn't buy one!

The delightfully sublime Kaki Gori are still available at the small stand in Japan. Have one for me. They're my favorite indulgence.

Kaki Gori is a great snack on a hot day. Alot more quenching than an ice cream bar or a pop. My 14 year old DS got hooked on them, and made us go to EPCOT 5 days out of our 7 days to get one.

The funnel cake stand is still there. At least as of last Sunday it was there!

I think that what makes a Kaki Gori different from a regular old snow cone (besides the yummy flavors they offer) is the ice. It is shaved so fine that it literally melts in your mouth. I just had a Kaki Gori last Sunday and it was so good! It hit the spot!

You can get your own kaki gori machine for about $50. It's pretty darn close to the real thing!
