Sneeches?!

I saw this picture of an attraction called the sneeches but no web site has any info on it? can someone please exsplain what this is? is it still open? did it close? whats the scoop on the sneeches?

When IOA first opened they were supposed to have an attraction called Sylvester Monkey McBean's Unusual Driving Machines which was based on the Dr. Seuss story of the Sneeches. For the first couple years they delayed the opening (the coming in 2000 sign changed to 2001 and finally vanished), lately however it seems as if plans for the attraction are on hold due to budget cuts and/or logistic problems with the design of the attraction depending on who you believe. I feel it's a little of both. The design does have serious problems, but nothing that couldn't be corrected with proper funding. When you are at IOA you can see the purple and blue tracks for this abandoned attraction winding throughout Seuss Landing. Occasionally they run a couple vehicles on the track...one with a Sylvester Monkey McBean character and one with a Sneech character. I'm still hoping they do something with this someday. It would be a nice addition to Suess Landing.
