Snake Strangled Two Year Old

Now they're saying on the Tampa news that the idiots didn't even have a lid on the cage and they hadn't fed the snake for either two weeks or a month...one claimed two weeks and the other said a month and according to Reptile World here in Florida, the snakes need to be fed at least every two weeks.

The boyfriend lost a two year old 5 years ago? Anyone know the story on that?

In the 1st link, there was a video interview with some family members. I believe they said his son died of Menegitis......someone correct me if I'm wrong.

It looks like the boyfriend may face child endangerment charges....but in my opinion, the mother should as well. She allowed the situation to exist in her home.

In the same video I mentioned above, the family states the snake belonged to the mother/girlfriend....she already had the snake when they met.

They are saying that a snake that age should've been much bigger and that it may very well have been neglected & way underfed.
