Anyone else absolulty LOVE getting mail? I do.

I've been getting stuff from colleges lately, and yesterday I got a package.

So anyone else enjoy getting/sending mail?

I do. I hardly EVER get any mail, but when I do I'm very happy!

I know. Getting something in the mail just makes my day.

...I'm such a loser

Before the college mail started coming, which is essentially the same exact letter over and over with different logos, I got mail very infrequently. It was special, and now it isn't. I get 5 college letters every day, and it is just annoying now.

Same here.

My favorite is ordering a CD online, and the anticipation you get when opening up the mail box, hoping it'll be there!

I like the kind that come around X-mas and my birthday. And letters. The only letters that my family ever get are the ones from my mum's other BFF and some family friends year end letter.
Most of the time, my letters are Credit Card Appies.

I love getting snail mail. lol
Everday, me and my friends go and check our mailboxes in the student center, and I love it when I get mail. hehe :)

i dont. i think its a waste of money. anyways, we all obviously have access to computers, as do most other people in the world, and e-mails and im's are way quicker. i never get any mail i really want. invitations that could be given over the phone, and thats just about it. the only mail i accually like is the kind where my grandma sends me christmas cards and money, even thougth she had just seen me the day before. so, in my eyes, its kind of pointless.

.................... I prefer email or im or something, but it's not that bad!

I partially agree, and I partially disagree.

I agree that if you see someone every day, its pointless to send them a letter.

But I disagree that invitations should be just given in person. I love recieving invitations in the mail.

And if its someone you don't see everyday or for long periods of time, even though you can email or IM them, it just means more to be able to hold it in your hands and know that they wrote it. I love letters.

I agree completely.
