Snail mail address for Member Satisfaction?

We just got back from 6 wonderful days at Hilton Head and I really want to send a letter to member satisfaction, letting them know what a great time we had.

I have the email address, but I'd really like to send something via snail mail. Does anyone have an address for that?

Why postal instead of email?

Member Service & Member Administration both have the same address:

Disney Vacation Club
ATTN:
1390 Celebration Blvd
Celebration, FL 34747

I would suspect that Member Satisfaction would be located at the same address.

As for why I want to send a letter rather than an email -- I want to write specifically praising cast members who made our stay especially magical, and I thought it would be nice for them to get a handwritten note rather than a copy of an email.

They won't get the handwritten note though. If you mail it to DVC in Celebration they are not going to forward it to Hilton Head.

If you want the CMs to get a handwritten note you would need to mail it to the resort.
