I was just wondering what the policy is for bringing small snacks/water bottles into the parks for my children? I know in the past I have done so but I wanted to make sure that it is still allowed. Thanks!

Small snacks and water bottles are fine. In fact those funny, friendly security people had fun fighting over whether they should keep our M&Ms for themselves last trip. :rotfl: Although Disney loves the bottom line, I think they also want their guests--especially the smallests ones-- to stay hydrated and comfortable during the day. :)

Precisely. They're only asking guests to simply not bring actual meals into the parks.

As a safety restriction, they actively prevent folks from brining hard-sided coolers and glass bottles into the park, but that's, again, a safety restriction, rather than a park rule.

Sometimes I pack baggies of homemade granola in my bad. No one has said a word :)

Last year we put little bags of crackers and juice boxes in a back pack and the security people checking the bags never said anything.
