Well, last night was our first pratice of the season. They let the kids decide if they wanted snacks after pratices or games. They chose after pratices.
Well we have to take turns and before my turn comes, I'm trying to find cheap but good snacks for them to have. Can you help me out. What should I bring?
This week at Food Lion I can get Hi C drink packs for .47 each. How many should I bring? We only have 9 kids on the team. Should I figure in 2 each?
TIA!!!!

). We have 12 girls on the team. I brought 24 cookies (I put 2 each in a ziploc.) I don't usually bring for the siblings since I never know how many there will be. I actually wish the snack would be eliminated.
Most of our games are at night. Ending after 7 p.m. Since we have to get to the field by 4:15 we have dinner after the games. I would love it if (next year) the parents could agree to bring their own kids a snack. Or not, if dinner is ready at home. Even our Sat. games occur around lunch time, so if we eat after the game, DD doesn't need a snack. A beverage is fine, but no snack. To me it would make more sense to eat something light before the game.
