No, the snack choices are pretty limited. They consider a frozen novelty a Mickey bar or Itsacadoozie. We were able to get smoothies covered on the dining plan in some table service restaurants.

Actually, a lot more than just these two are covered (anything sold at an ice cream cart is ok...even the $3.00 items), but not smoothies are not covered.
