Well its the new year and I have gone back to ww after a trip to WDW. Went out today to buy a new cooker and ended up with a smoothie maker instead. Has anybody got any good low cal recipes to share that do not contain arty farty ingredients (wheatgerm, quinnoa etc). Thanks.:flower1:

I've never made one myself but I had one as Bagel Nash the other day which was yummy.

Orange juice (very weak diluted)
Mango pieces - around 4 1/2 inch cubes
Pinapple - Same amount as Mango
Ice - around 5 cubes

Mixed in a blender for a what seemed like ages, maybe 90 seconds, it was the consistency of watery custard and was yummy and very filling

:yay:

also as a good cheat-tesco sell frozen smoothie packs with 4 packs of cubed frozen fruit in,just chuck it in the smoothie maker with some fresh juice -can be a bit of a slushie because of the ice but you can add more juice to make them smoother!

I Banana, handful of either strawberries/raspberries blend with skimmed milk.

Yummee:thumbsup2

I just made a yummy one similar to the receipe I posted above....

Apricot
Peach
Pineapple
Weak orange juice

One tin of each fruit and a pint of juice make 4, I only used half of the ingredients and providing it keeps I will have the 2nd glass for breakfast. If it doesn't keep I will only use 1/4 of the stuff nxt time and keep the rest in the syrup and make each morning.

:yay:
