Smoking studio rooms?

Hope someone can help me...I am staying at BWV's standard view studio in April...one smoker in the bunch..Any info on what floor/floors are smoking. I've been searching for two hours now..and the search function is not working, I know I've read it somewhere..(I swear, if anyone can answer this pesty question, I'll write it down and won't have to ask again)....
Any suggustions for a room # with maybe a fireworks view?
Taking an older guest with me and it's our 1st time to the Boardwalk..

It is my understanding that all the smokeing permitted rooms at Boardwalk Villas are on the second floor.
