It's not a childrens' theme park, its for everyone. And apparently you DON'T understand the addiction of smoking, or you wouldn't have made this statement. Remember, the issue in this thread is smokers smoking IN the parks but OUTSIDE the designated smoking areas.
You don't know what the smoker knows or doesn't know. Again, instead of 'pitching a fit' (or obnoxiously and exaggeratedly fanning the air and being overdramatic), in an adult manner point out that smoking is not permitted in that area, or find a Cast Member to handle it.
But really, "Please don't smoke in this area, it's not permitted", is going to be FAR more effective than "Ugh, you stink! Your cigarette stinks! Your clothes stink (although why you'd get close enough to a smoker to sniff their apparel is beyond me

)! Your kids stink! Yuck!"
