Smiling Crocodile in Animal Kingdom?

I've never heard of this...it's on Discovery Island.

Are these really snack credits? Anyone verify? One site says yes, but I looked on the Disney site and it's not a snack credit, which I would believe. Regardless, some of these sound good!

Josh at easywdw reviewed them awhile back and from what I remember, he commented that they were messy and a bit difficult to eat as it fell off the bread.
