We're understaffed. Haven't been open a year and we're always experiencing growing pains (which is good). When you have regular people who call in sick on a regular basis, there is no such thing as a normal day..... wait those are normal days..... I'm going to be lead teacher for a one year old class starting next Friday. I'll have four boys and one girl.

It sounds like they take advantage of people there - yep, except its the other way around. Its pretty snarky when the workers who call in sick call in sick on a days when the class will have a low kid count. . Its usually Tues and Thursdays.

I kept telling dh, why have I not had so much drama at my previous jobs? then I had a V-8 moment; its because I worked mostly with men.

* I worked in the men's department when I was in retail
*when I was a temp worker, I worked in business environment around men
* When I was with Bank One, worked for SVP who was a .... man
