you can loose weight by food/portion control, but what really burns the fat is.... exercising. Walking is good. I hate to exercise too, but I know that's what makes me shed the fat. I've been slacking doing any thing since I quit working. I'm sooo baaad

Its very difficult to say considering I'm jumping on the "are they 16" bandwagon. Asians can look very young for their age. I will confess that I am Asian (gaaasp) . Being the age that I am, I can pass for being 12 if I wanted to. O.k, maybe 13.

It could be that these girls are getting growth stunt pills or something, these girls have to be small right to compete? I don't know, truth will be revealed if they are truly underage. Think back to previous Olympiads who have had to "renig" their gold status for lying or taking things they wern't supposed to. There, o.k., I said, it. So, we'll have to watch and see what happens.

Actually the one girl on the US team looks really young also It's true I think here in the US we are used to seeing girls look much older then they really are. It could be a cultural thing

Turns out I have a respiratory infection

I have a medication pack though...

Does anyone know how you know if you can crush a pill?

I would call the phamacy

but as far as I know you can crush just about any hard sided pill.....put it in applesause or something like that
