So I have about two months to plan my kids birthday party, so I might be asking all of you alot of questions to get more ideas.... Here is a question.

If you were to go to a kids birthday brunch-*which is the theme of the party*, what sort of brunch foods would you like to have?

Mickey Waffles::MickeyMo :yay:

I also need to think of centerpieces, any ideas that match the theme?

I have a menu written up, I just have to figure out what to make, and take out. And as for centerpieces, my cousin, and I thought of some ideas, but I would love to hear any ideas that you all may have. :goodvibes

You could make your own fruiit centerpieces (with lot's of pinapple

) and then the kids could eat the centerpieces!!

You know how they have the guessing game on guess how many jelly beans are in the jar. I wanted to make one with cereal, so guess how many _________-- are in the jar.

Would you call them pieces of cereal?

What type of cereal would you put in? Kix, Fruit Loops, Cocoa Puffs?

We just did that at my daughters baby shower, we played guess how many jelly beans were in the baby bottle.

I guess you would call them pieces of cereal:confused3
I would use whatever cereal your family eats, you don't want to be stuck with a box a cereal you can't use

 GIOny. Hope you don't live close to where everyone is getting sick!

SC, no I don't think so, I have heard of some possible cases in our area but nothing confirmed. Our health commissioner came on and said the swine flu wasn't much different then the regular flu and not to panic.

There's two states I've forgotten. CO and KS. The other uncolored state I forgot earalier is NC. :teacher:

I was thinking Iowa because I thought it was next to Indiana but I just looked it up and I guess it is 2 states away. .......note to self, pick up a U.S. Geography book.

I was thinking of doing gum sea creatures. I would give each participant a bubbalicious like gum, and a paper plate that is marked with a number. Each participant can pick which type of sea creature they would like to create using the gum, and the gum wrapper. So that it is fair, instead of writing down the person's name on the paper, they would just remember their number that is written on the plate.

We had done this for one of my baby showers but the participants made bubble gum babies instead, and it was alot of fun. :cheer2:

sounds like a fun idea:goodvibes

M22, I've been trying to think of games, but I have no clue. There's games you can play with multiple players using different computers, but I don't know if there are any tropical games out there. :scratchin:

what about like a Beach scavenger hunt, where the kids would have to find different items you would find on a beach. Not sure how you could work it with all those different ages, that's the hard part.:confused3
