I am not familar with porridge. I have heard of it but never had it? Is it like oatmeal?:confused3

Yes, we usually have it for breakfast, the scottish like it with salt :sick: but the english usually have suger or syrup:yay:

Grits are more on the salty side, Some people may eat them sweet, but I don't think that is common. I like cheese with my grits :yay:

It is different from oatmeal, afterall it is made from corn. I can't really think of anything else that would be like it to describe them. :confused3
