eeewwww. DD wanted a drink at bedtime. I carried it into her room and I notice this odor, what I thought was the neighbor's cat's litterbox which sits on the other side of DD's closet (it's a rowhouse that's been converted to two units and we share the 2nd floor).
I mention the smell and DD says it's probably her sneakers, they're sitting on the floor beside her bed. I picked tham up and sure enough they STINK!
What can I do to kill the odor? It literally smells like a cat box, like ammonia. I sprayed Febreze once, but I can already smell them again (they're on the floor beside me now
). I putting them in the bathroom, spraying them with Lysol and going to bed.
