it is not, there was an issue this morning that made it briefly appear in the shop window but would not let them buy it.

There was 1 report I read here of a girl able to buy it early, but it was removed after.

Oh yeah, i heard of that, VMK_tiger told me in the VMK gallery and she said all the shopping issues were taken care of.
