Typically, they expire after seven days if you don't make a deposit. But at least the room is on hold in case you do want it.

With Disney the typical courtesy hold is 14 days - a deposit must be received before the 14th day or the hold on the reservation will be lost.

I used Small World to book our Disney Cruise and have been satisfied so far (cruise is in July). Laura is our agent and she answered many questions quickly by email and phone. I liked the fact that the quote they gave me in November had not changed when I was ready to book in January.
