Small slide yesterday - not throwing me off!

Yesterday I was in a situation where I was the client of one of my clients (different fields). She treated me to lunch & choose a local diner. This place serves people who EAT with no regard for their health. (like me a 9 days ago) I ended up eating a roast beef sandwich in gravy with mashed potatos. I did stick to my diet for the rest of the day. So my cheat counter goes back to one.
THen as I was on my way out the door for the Y to do my routine, the phone rang. It was an hour before I was done talking - not leaving tme for me to drive to the Y & get my workout in before they closed.
I decided when ordering lunch yesterday that I would not make that the end of my diet - as is my usual pattern. Today I am back on track and headed to the Y as soon as my kids are on the bus. I did weigh in & still managed to lose another pound or two from last weigh in.
I could never have stayed stong without the support I receive here. Thanks for being here.

I think most of us find it easier to stay on track when we visit The Wish Board - it helps us stay focused on the big picture and not focus so much on the occassional slip!!:goodvibes

I am proud of you for not making that one situation throw you off of your plan. We all have those times and we just have to put them behind us and remember that we have to continue moving forward. Good work for keeping the positive attitude!
