My question is this. We can pay up to 5000.00 on a resale contract. Can we use our Disney visa and receive the 6 month option to pay it offer does it have to be direct buying?

Purchasing a resale is not purchasing from Disney.

Most resale companies don't allow you to use a credit card for the entire purchase amount.

Chalee the one I'm dealing with will let you up to 5000,00 It's a 6500.00 contract. We have the cash but I was looking to see if we could earn some points or cash back.

You will not receive the promo financing of 6 mo no interest assuming you even get a resale broker/closing company to put the entire $5k on your Disney visa

There is one out there, they are not a sponsor but my former"Guide" works there. Their limit is 5000.
