small or large bottled water in the DDP?

Does the plan include the $1.25 or $2.00 bottle? I guess the same question for soft drink size....sorry to be lazy, but if anyone knows, I'd appreciate it!

We got large waters or large sodas with CS meals. I didn't specify size; I just asked for a water or a coke. With the children's CS meals, we got a small water. I did the same thing asking for a kids meal with water.
