small kids and rides

we are going to be on our first trip this may, with our 2 and half year old. I was wondering which rides you think he`d like? He is pretty fearless for 2!!! Plus we took him to sesame place this past summer to kinda prepare him for the characters, and different rides,( he had a blast). So i guess my question is which rides did you child like? and were the any rides they enjoyed that you thought they were too young for before you went?

This is something where every child is different. My little ones (at Disney they were 2.5 and 16 mths), loved Buzz Lightyear, Poohs ride, It's a Small World, Peter Pan, Pooh's sprayground, Dumbo, Magic Carpets of Alladin, and the Tea Cups. These were at MK. My 2.5yo was not a fan of the darkened theatre shows, so he didn't do Mickey's Philharmagic.

My 2.5 year old loves rides, we would go to Jenkinson's so much in the summer, it was the dark and noise that would bother him at WDW. So we didn't do firework shows either.

Depends on the personality of your child. We just returned from a trip with our fearless 2.5-year-old DS. He rode everything that we went on, with the exception of those with height restrictions, and he had a ball. Buzz was closed, but I'm sure it would have been his favorite ride of all. His top two for this trip were Peter Pan and Pooh. Of course, a close third would be the Barnstormer. I couldn't believe that he was tall enough...and that he would enjoy riding this one. He also loved the AstroOrbiter, even though his parents didn't. He didn't have a problem with any of the 3D shows, but he played with his glasses more than he wore them. The first night he was a little unsure about the fireworks, but after the first segment, he was cheering "more, more!"

Have a great trip! Seeing Disney through a little one's eyes is a wonderful treat.
